A golden heart stopped beating
Two beautiful eyes put to rest
God broke my heart to prove
That he only
Takes the best
God knows you had to leave me
But you did not go alone
For part of me went with you
The day He
Took You Home
To some you are forgotten
Others, part of the past
But to ME who knew and loved you
The memories will ALWAYS last
Libby, I love you so much. I know one day I will see you again, and then we will never be seperated again. Please watch mommy from heaven and don't be sad. It will be 6 months since you left me in four short days. It seems like it was yesterday. What gets me most is that i wake up and realize I will never physically have you to wake me up again. Not have you to purr and do your back flop when all I want to do is cry. Really Libby, i just miss the time we used to have. Remember, Mommy will always love you. And I know everyone says this, but you TRULLY dont know what you got till its gone.

6 months already? gosh, it doesn't seem possible. We love you Libby and keep watching ofurr your mommy from the Bridge. Say HI to Grampa Norton, Gramma Trixie and The One Who Came Before for us! We know that you know them now.
Old friends.
And now Libby Marie is probably frolicking with Bear.
I know how you feel, unfortunately, I had my Bear for 17+ years. It will be two months on the 15th and I still don't really realize she is gone. It's never enough time, is it.
Know that we will see them again, one day.

What a beautiful poem! Libby, we miss you too. Have you met our furrend Milo? She went to the Rainbow Bridge a couple months ago. If you see her, give her our love. Keep watching over your mommy - we know how much she misses you. Purrs & love.
Abby, you wrote a beautiful poem for Libby. I'm sure she's looking over you from the Bridge.
Abby
That was a beautiful poem you wrote for Libby. I am sure she is smiling and purring and watching over you.
Abby's Mom -- Debra
we have been thinking about your mommie and we know you are safe and happy now.
<3 love always
What a heart wrenching poem, beautiful poem. They say it is better to have loved and lost, then never to have loved at all.....
CalicoMom Toni
That was so very beautiful. You WILL see her one day. Until then, you have many wonderful memories to help you get through the tough times.
Peace to you.
We'z miss yoo too Libby Marie. We hope yoo are haffing fun at da bridje, but make sure to come to yoor mom's dreams so she isn't so sad. Purrs and headbutts, Abby, we know yoo'll see Libby again.
I can't believe it has been so long. Mommy lost her woofies years ago and sometime still looks for them. That you still feel that way shows how much you loved sweet Libby.
She will be waiting for you over the bridge and then you'll play and snuggle together again.
We miss Libby Marie oh so very much, and we were/are very honored to have been her last Secret Paw. It's hard to believe it's been 6 months already! Reading that poem made mom's eyes leak (again). She will always be in your heart and will always be looking after you. And she will always be in our hearts too! Take care!
This made Mom's eyes leek!!! We never knew Libby, as we started blogging after her trip to the bridge. But we definately can respect your loss. We pray for peace to fill your heart and make it easier for you to bear...
That was a lovely poem. Libby sounded like a beautiful cat and friend. We never met her, but we understand. Our puuurrs and purrayers are with you.
Samantha, Tigger and Mom
We miss you too, Libby Marie. We know you were there to meet our Aunt Tippy when she went to the Bridge recently.
Purrs to your Mommy.
Libby's Blog was one of the first cat blogs we started reading. Libby Marie going to the Bridge showed us that the kitties and beans here really do care for each other.
We didn't get to know Libby Marie very well, but she affected us and the Food Source in a lot of ways.
Purrss and {{huggss}} from all of us to Libby, Abby, and every one else in their family.
We are back visiting again.
We have been purring for you.
You are right. You do not know how great it really was, until "the last time" is over.
My mommie's sister died in 2000, so we know. The new life you live now is so hard.
We hope you are well.
(((hugs)))
You arenot alone
